What a small business website should include
4 min read
Most small business websites need fewer pages than people expect. A clear home page, a page that says what you do, a way to see your work or services, and a way to get in touch. That is enough to be taken seriously.
What matters is that each page answers a question a customer already has: who are you, what do you offer, can I trust you, and how do I reach you. Put your phone number and WhatsApp where nobody has to hunt for them.
Everything else, such as blogs and extra tools, can come later. A small site that loads fast on a phone beats a large one that doesn’t.
